Payments and Refund Policy 

CLUB VOLLEYBALL ATHLETES/PARENTS: PPV does not offer any refunds for club volleyball athletes since the loss of an athlete cannot be easily replaced once all club athletes have committed to their teams. Therefore, PPV LLC. defines the start of the season as the team’s first practice and not the team’s first tournament. However, participants of PPV LLC who have to withdraw from the program due to personal injury may receive a 50% reduction in full season team fee if prior to 2/1/22. These requests must be made in writing and forwarded to PPV Director Vanessa Mack.

 

PAYMENTS: 

Payments are split into four parts, with 25% due at the first Tuesday  practice in December, January, February and March. 

The total fee may also be paid in full up-front, or at any point during the season.

 

Checks may be written out to Pure Passion Volleyball.
