Payments and Refund Policy 

Club Volleyball Athlete/Parent Policy:

At Pure Passion Volleyball (PPV), We do not offer refunds for club volleyball athletes, as once players commit to a team, their spot is secured and cannot be easily filled. The official start of the season is defined as the team’s first practice, not the first tournament. However, if an athlete must withdraw from the program due to a personal injury, they may be eligible for a 50% reduction in the full season fee, provided the withdrawal request is made in writing before February 1, 2025. All injury-related withdrawal requests must be submitted to PPV Director, Vanessa Mack.

 

Payment Schedule:

Club fees are divided into four payments, with 25% of the total due at the first practice each month in December, January, February, and March. Alternatively, the full season fee may be paid upfront or at any point during the season.

Checks should be made payable to Pure Passion Volleyball.
